TGT Mathematics Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Use innovative teaching methods, activities, and technology to make learning interactive and effective.
• Assess students’ performance regularly through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Provide remedial support to students who need extra help in understanding concepts.
• Prepare question papers, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain records of student progress.
• Encourage critical thinking, logical reasoning, and application-based learning.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with other subject teachers and participate in school activities, events, and meetings.
• Guide students in preparing for mathematics Olympiads, quizzes, and competitive exams (if applicable).
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics as a main subject (B.Sc./B.A. in Mathematics).
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Prior teaching experience as a Mathematics teacher at the middle/secondary school level preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language as per school requirement).
• Classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to integrate digital tools and teaching aids in the classroom.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
