Key responsibilities

• Teaching and Instruction: Plan and present lessons on topics like algebra, geometry, and trigonometry, using various methodologies to help students understand and apply mathematical concepts.
• Student Assessment: Conduct regular quizzes and exams to evaluate student progress and ability to meet curriculum standards. Provide constructive feedback and offer extra help to students who need it.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, organized, and engaging classroom environment that supports learning and student well-being.
• Parent and Staff Communication: Communicate with parents about student performance and maintain updated records. Collaborate with colleagues, school administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Professional Development: Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to improve teaching methods and stay current with the curriculum.

Qualifications and skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and materials.
• Experience in teaching, ideally with a specific curriculum like CBSE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
