Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our academic team. The role involves teaching Mathemetics to students from classes VI to X, fostering holistic development, and creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for imparting subject knowledge, ensuring conceptual clarity, and instilling strong values in young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum guidelines.
• Foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of students.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to make learning interactive.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Maintain proper classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities for the overall development of students.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and progress.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and reports as required by the school.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
• Masters in Mathemetic subjects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Passion for teaching and working with young children.
• Ability to use modern teaching aids and digital platforms.
