Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with syllabus (CBSE, etc.), using diverse teaching aids.
• Instruction: Teach complex math concepts clearly, making them relatable and fostering critical thinking.
• Assessment: Set, grade, and provide feedback on homework, quizzes, and exams; monitor student progress.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, stimulating, and disciplined learning environment.
• Student Support: Offer extra help (remedial classes) for slow learners and motivate all students.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues, parents (parent-teacher meetings), and school leadership.
• Extracurriculars: Participate in school activities, competitions, and events.
• Professional Growth: Stay updated on teaching methods and educational technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong grasp of math, formulas, and concepts.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and motivational skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching for diverse learners.
• Degree in Mathematics/Education with B.Ed. (often required).
• Fluency in English and computer proficiency (often a must).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
