Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Physics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore the wonders of physics, foster scientific curiosity, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics (with at least 50% marks)
  • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution
  • CTET or State TET qualification (as per school board requirements)
  • Prior teaching experience at secondary level preferred

Responsibilities

  • Teach Physics to students in grades 6–10 following the prescribed syllabus
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
  • Conduct experiments and demonstrations to enhance conceptual understanding
  • Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects
  • Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom
  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning
  • Stay updated with developments in science education and pedagogy

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command of Physics concepts and their real-world applications
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to integrate technology and multimedia tools in teaching
  • Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with adolescents
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, typically Monday to Saturday
  • May include extra hours for remedial classes, science exhibitions, or school functions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
