Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post-graduation in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed./M.Ed. would be an added advantage.
• Minimum three years of experience in a reputable CBSE School.
• Proficient in English communication.

Skill Set:

• Strong pedagogical skills promoting logical/analytical thinking.
• Technical knowledge of online education and blended learning.
• Expertise in content delivery across offline/online/blended learning modes.
• Robust student assessment techniques, including analysis of question paper patterns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate open classroom discussions and modify teaching/learning techniques.
• Implement effective classroom management techniques.
• Ensure high standards of assessment and feedback strategies.
• Encourage alternative learning methods and leverage digital technology.
• Plan, update, and upgrade curricular materials.
