Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team in Samastipur, Bihar. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make Physics engaging and understandable for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and evaluation materials.
• Assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and practicals.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and analytical thinking.
• Guide students in science exhibitions, projects, and academic competitions.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and academic records as per school norms.
• Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school activities.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Strong command over Physics concepts and practical applications.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or related field (B.Ed preferred).
• Experience: 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
