TGT – Social Science

Job Summary:

TGT Social Science : Teacher is responsible for teaching Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Political Science, Economics) to middle and secondary classes (generally Grades 6–10) in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE Board).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons.
  • Teach subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and Economics.
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
  • Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
  • Integrate maps, projects, presentations, and activity-based learning.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
  • Maintain academic records and report student progress to parents.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science (History/Geography/Political Science/Economics).
  • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
  • CTET/TET qualification preferred (as per board norms).
  • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
  • Ability to use digital teaching tools and smart boards.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferred).

Job Title: TGT – English

Job Summary:

The TGT English Teacher is responsible for teaching English language and literature to middle and secondary classes (Grades 6–10), focusing on grammar, writing skills, comprehension, and literary analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English grammar, prose, poetry, and supplementary readers.
  • Develop reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
  • Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
  • Conduct assessments, assignments, and examinations.
  • Encourage creative writing, debates, and language activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students.
  • Maintain discipline and classroom engagement.
  • Communicate student progress with parents and administration.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English.
  • B.Ed. is mandatory.
  • CTET/TET qualification preferred (as per board requirements).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Experience in school teaching preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
