Mount Litera Zee School, Bihta, a seat of learning devoted to wisdom, discipline, and virtuous upbringing, hereby inviteth applications from worthy and well-qualified candidates for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in sundry subjects. The aspirant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in the concerned discipline and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized university, the same being requisite and non-negotiable. A fair command over the English tongue is essential, together with a working knowledge of modern computational aids and digital pedagogy. Fresh graduates who show earnest zeal, diligence, and a steadfast spirit toward the noble craft of teaching may also present themselves for consideration.

The appointed teacher shall be entrusted to devise and deliver lessons in due accordance with the prescribed curriculum, to maintain order and decorum within the classroom, and to foster an atmosphere wherein learning may flourish. He or she shall assess scholars with fairness, prepare instructional matter with care, maintain proper registers and scholastic records, and render faithful participation in meetings, trainings, and co-curricular observances of the school. Regular discourse with parents concerning the progress and welfare of the scholars shall likewise be expected.
