Thai Massage Therapist (Female Only)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Thai Therapist who should be passionate, professional, reliable and confident massage therapist with specialist skills and relevant experience in Thai massage therapy. You should offer a full range of treatments to fulfil different client needs and objectives. You should have good interpersonal skills, be empathetic and have the ability to put clients at ease.

As a therapist, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding treatment service is delivered to the Synergy Healing Centre standards.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the following: Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, treatments with accredited and recognised experience of traditional Thai massage therapy
• Understanding and belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
• Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for guests and anticipate their needs
• Personalise each treatment to accommodate the individual needs of our guests. Protect client data and ensure client confidentiality is maintained at all times
• Follow established protocol to provide consistent, excellent service
• Be extremely knowledgeable and able to accurately describe and sell services and products offered at Synergy Healing Centre
• Provide information to the clients on the benefits of Massage
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and restocking of treatment rooms
• Responsible for ensuring cleanliness, room ambience, and overall spa experience
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities noted on the massage therapist/room checklist
• Maintain excellent communication between the activity in the treatment rooms and the receptionists
• Provide accurate information to the receptionists regarding the type and length of treatment provided to guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a therapist in a reputable environment
• Excellent understanding of client care and treatment
• Ability to work for and as part of a dedicated and passionate team
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Exceptional customer care skill
• Excellent personal presentation
• Confidence and professionalism when dealing with all profile clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Therapist: 3 years (Preferred)
