**Job Overview:**

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate machinery involved in the production process

- Ensure all products meet quality standards

- Sanitize work areas and equipment regularly

- Follow food safety protocols at all times

- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations

- Knowledge in the food industry, particularly in confection production and processing

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machinery issues

- Detail oriented
