Job Summary
The Theme Park Attendant will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests. The role involves operating attractions, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily park operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operate rides and attractions safely according to company procedures.
  • Assist guests with boarding and exiting rides while ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Provide clear instructions and safety briefings to guests.
  • Manage queues and maintain proper crowd control.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Support special events and seasonal activities when required.
  • Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment is an advantage.
  • Friendly, energetic, and comfortable interacting with guests.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
