Theming Estimator

Position: Theming Estimator

Job Responsibility:

Price build-up, preliminaries estimate, installation estimate, tender BOQ pricing, scope of work analysis, tender documentation, tender submission, RFI’s, fabrication cost data collection and updates, subcontract / vendor RFQ packaging and price analysis, variation order estimates, quantity take-off.

Experience requirement:

· Minimum 5 years of overall working experience

· Minimum 2 years of experience as an estimator for architectural fit-out works or general construction works

· Experience in theming estimating is a big plus

· Preferably with at least one year of experience in construction management or supervision

Other qualifications:

· Proficiency in Excel and Word

· Measurement in pdf using Acrobat or other pdf software

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus

· English speaking
