Balance Art Wellness Center is a well-established acupuncture and wellness clinic in Vienna, VA. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team and provide high-quality therapeutic massage services. Our clinic values a holistic approach to health and aims to help clients achieve long-term wellness through acupuncture, massage, and other complementary therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and effective massage therapy tailored to clients’ individual needs.
• Utilize a variety of techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
• Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure comfort and encourage follow-up treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment space.
• Collaborate professionally with acupuncturists and other practitioners to support integrated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massage Therapy License in Virginia.
• Additional certifications in specialized techniques (e.g., prenatal massage, hot stone, sports massage) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their unique needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with clients and encourage continued care.
• Punctual and professional, with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday
