Lotus Mental Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, skilled clinician to provide primarily in-person therapy services at our Brick, NJ office.

Qualifications

• Active NJ license (LSW, LAC required; LCSW welcome)
• LCSWs may work independently (salary negotiable)
• 1+ year clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

· *Candidates with specialty and/or certifications such as trauma-informed, EMDR, or DBT strongly encouraged to apply.

• Experience with couples, families, and/or children/adolescents a plus

Position Details

• W-2, part-time (minimum 15 hours/week once established), with full-time potential
• In-person with telehealth opportunities
• Outpatient private practice setting

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy tailored to client needs
• Support clients with a range of mental health conditions, including trauma/PTSD
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and insurance-compliant coding
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care

Location: Brick, NJ (Ocean County)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
