Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, and direct support. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to promote healing and recovery. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical research and a commitment to evidence-based practices. Duties

- Conduct patient assessments, including intake evaluations and ongoing sessions, to identify treatment needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing and behavioral management.
- Provide direct support and counseling services to patients, including those experiencing PTSD or addiction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and case management.
- Participate in clinical research studies to advance the understanding of mental health conditions and improve treatment outcomes.
- Utilize medical terminology and clinical research knowledge to inform treatment decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.

Skills

- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy services.
- Strong understanding of motivational interviewing and its applications in patient care.
- Excellent patient assessment and case management skills.
- Knowledge of clinical research methods and the ability to apply this knowledge in a therapeutic setting.
- Proven ability to provide direct support and counseling services to patients.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to apply this knowledge in a therapeutic setting.
- Experience with behavior management and PTSD care.
- Masters level degree or higher in counseling, social work or psychology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
