Therapist (Hybrid) – Garden City, MI

Reed Behavioral Health, PLLC is seeking motivated and compassionate therapists to join our growing private practice. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing quality mental health care while enjoying the flexibility and support of a collaborative practice environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Location: Garden City, Michigan
• Schedule: Flexible
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth)
• Compensation: Fee split negotiable based on experience, licensure, specialization, and caseload needs

Qualifications

We welcome applications from:

• LLMSW/LMSW
• LLPC/LPC

Both fully licensed and limited licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
