Therapist (EMDR Specialist)

Arden Shores Counseling is a small group private practice dedicated to providing compassionate mental health counseling to clients in the north metro. We strive to offer a supportive environment for our therapists and encourage a healthy work-life balance.

We are seeking therapists passionate about mental health and trauma-informed care. Candidates must hold a master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy, and possess an unrestricted MN license (LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP).

Job duties include:

- Completing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
- Conducting individual psychotherapy
- Inputting patient data and verifying insurance
- Timely completion of notes and billing
- Managing insurance credentialing

A full-time caseload consists of 30–35 clients with an average of 20–24 sessions per week. We offer flexible scheduling within our office hours of Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Arden Shores Counseling is a W-2 employer. We offer competitive commission-based pay and a full benefits package. Additionally, we provide EMDR training after six months of employment, ongoing EMDR support, and Board-approved supervision for those on the LPC/LPCC track.
