Healing Hearts, LLC, a privately-owned outpatient mental health agency, is seeking individuals to join our team. We are looking to hire clinicians for our Caribou office location. Clinicians will provide outpatient therapy to adults and children using a strength-based approach designed to promote growth, healing and recovery. We are accepting applications from experienced clinicians as well as new graduates.

Services we provide as an agency are, mental health and substance abuse counseling, DEEP assessment and treatment, couples counseling, faith-based counseling, EMDR, group therapy, community integration services, and children’s targeted case management.

Responsibilities:

□ Completing assessments.

□ Developing and updating Individualized Treatment Plans

□ Keeping client records up to date clinically, administratively and in a timely manner.

□ Maintaining a case load size that allows the clinician to provide the best care for the clients.

Qualifications:

□ Master’s degree in Social Work.

□ A valid Maine license for LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC or will be testing for license soon.

□ Be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.

□ Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and caring demeanor.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
