<Responsibilities>
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake interviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapies such as behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Christian counseling, and applied behavior analysis tailored to each patient's needs.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on mental health counseling, social work interventions, aging issues counseling, and geriatrics.
- Manage comprehensive medical documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for case management and home & community care initiatives to support patients' holistic well-being.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress using appropriate medical terminology and record-keeping systems.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health, diagnostic evaluation techniques, and treatment modalities.
<Requirements>
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or equivalent in LA, TX, GA, WA, OH or HI.
- Proven experience in behavioral health settings with expertise in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and clinical counseling.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, mental health assessment tools, and HIPAA compliance standards.
- Experience conducting intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and case management activities.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care across diverse populations including children, adults, seniors, and those with aging issues or geriatrics concerns.
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation protocols within healthcare environments.
