Therapist/ Licensed Master Social Worker

<Responsibilities>

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake interviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Christian counseling, and applied behavior analysis tailored to each patient's needs.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on mental health counseling, social work interventions, aging issues counseling, and geriatrics.
• Manage comprehensive medical documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for case management and home & community care initiatives to support patients' holistic well-being.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress using appropriate medical terminology and record-keeping systems.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health, diagnostic evaluation techniques, and treatment modalities.

<Requirements>

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or equivalent in LA, TX, GA, WA, OH or HI.
• Proven experience in behavioral health settings with expertise in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and clinical counseling.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, mental health assessment tools, and HIPAA compliance standards.
• Experience conducting intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and case management activities.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care across diverse populations including children, adults, seniors, and those with aging issues or geriatrics concerns.
• Familiarity with medical records management and documentation protocols within healthcare environments.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
