Job Summary
As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals dealing with various mental health issues. This role involves assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and offering therapeutic interventions to support their emotional well-being.

This position will allow you to choose to work in the office, the schools, or in the community doing in home therapy or any combination you would like. This is a private practice position with no benefits other than a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to set your own hours.

Masters degree and license to practice in Wisconsin are required.

Responsibilities
- Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients
- Assessing clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records for each client

Experience
- Strong understanding of different counseling modalities and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $130.00 per hour
