Therapy & Patient Education Assistant

Be the Heart of the Healing Space

At Washington Care Clinic, we believe true healing happens when patients feel empowered, supported, and genuinely cared for — not only by their providers, but by the entire care team. As a leader in integrative medicine, we take a whole-person approach to care, creating an environment where patients feel heard, valued, and inspired to take charge of their health.

The Therapy & Patient Education Assistant is a critical member of that mission. You’ll run our open treatment room, guiding patients through their therapies, ensuring they are comfortable, informed, and actively participating in their care journey.

This is a hands-on, patient-facing role where your energy, knowledge, and leadership help set the tone for the healing experience.

About the Role

As the Therapy & Patient Education Assistant, you oversee the flow and atmosphere of our open treatment area. You’ll not only administer therapies but also educate patients along the way — giving them the tools, understanding, and confidence to maximize their results.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an active, people-centered environment and finds fulfillment in being part of each patient’s success story.
