Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Therapy Support Aide to assist with daily operations in a skilled nursing facility. This entry-level position works closely with rehabilitation staff to support patient care and keep the department running smoothly.

Primary Duties:

• Accompany residents to and from therapy sessions
• Set up treatment areas and organize supplies
• Support therapists with resident mobility and positioning
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment
• Help ensure the department stays orderly and prepared for daily activities

Qualifications:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Compassionate approach to working with residents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
