Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Closing:
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls for USA billing campaign
- Convert leads into closed sales using proven sales techniques
- Navigate the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close deals
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas/targets
- Maintain high conversion rates (target: 19%+ closure rate)
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities
Administrative:
- Document all sales activities in CRM system
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Track call metrics and performance analytics
- Coordinate with team members to meet company standards
- Maintain organized client records and communication history
Requirements & Qualifications: Must Have:
- 1-3+ years of sales experience (preferably in USA billing/campaigns)
- Excellent English communication skills (native-level fluency)
- Strong closing abilities with proven track record
- Phone sales experience (inbound/outbound)
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to work U.S. time zones (flexible schedule)
- Self-motivated with strong discipline for remote work
- Quick learner who adapts to new products/services
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in USA-based sales campaigns
- Proven success exceeding sales quotas (120%+ performance)
- Cold calling experience
- Knowledge of billing/invoicing processes
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
