Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Three-Year-Old Teacher, Floater/Toddler Teacher, where your enthusiasm and expertise will foster joyful learning experiences for young children. Duties

  • Implement engaging curriculum development tailored to three-year-olds and toddlers, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
  • Provide attentive toddler care by supervising daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap times while ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Assist in classroom management by maintaining a positive environment that encourages respectful behavior and social skills development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute lesson plans that support childhood development milestones and early intervention strategies.
  • Use effective behavior management techniques to guide children’s actions constructively while fostering independence and emotional regulation.
  • Support children’s learning through tutoring, storytelling, and hands-on activities that promote literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and classroom experiences.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, and early intervention practices.
  • Familiarity with classroom management techniques, lesson planning, and curriculum development tailored for toddlers and preschoolers.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with families.
  • Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous; Montessori experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
