Thrift Shop Assistant

Overview
We at the Exeter community thrift shop are looking for someone to add to our staff. If you want to be a part of helping people in the community, love thrifting and want to help keep things out of the landfill, we could use you. The job does require that you can lift over 25 Lbs and walk and stand a lot.
As fun as this job is there is a lot of work.
If you have a good eye for detail and think you want to be a part of our team please come fill out an application in store. We are open daily weekdays are 10-5, on Saturdays 9-5 and on Sundays 10-4. We are looking for someone who has an open schedule and the ability to work Saturdays as well as a few days during the week. We also offer some bonuses for employees like paid breaks, clothing allowances for the fashionistas and 25% off all merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank all customers on arrival and when they leave.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are well-presented
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area
• It is very important that every customer in the store is greeted and helped with dignity!

Experience

• Previous retail sales thrift shop environment would be helpful .

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
