Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Thrift Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with all shoppers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Cross-train and work in various departments as needed
• Accurately operate a cash register and point-of-sale system, including handling payments and giving correct change
• Promote our Rewards Program, Flash Sales, and Daily Deals to customers
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to store guidelines
• Support store recovery efforts throughout the day to ensure a clean and organized environment
• Assist with general store cleanliness and organization
• Maintain awareness of safety procedures and help ensure a safe shopping environment

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Willingness to work collaboratively with team members and store leadership

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.60 per hour
