Thumbnail designer

We, at Animatrix Multimedia are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, an understanding of audience psychology, and the ability to create scroll-stopping thumbnails that increase CTR (Click-Through Rate) across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

Design engaging and high-converting thumbnails for videos, social media posts, and campaigns.
Work closely with the video production and marketing teams to understand the content and target audience.
Optimize designs for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Use typography, color, and composition effectively to communicate the message clearly.
Stay updated with current trends in thumbnail design, audience behavior, and digital media.
Deliver projects within tight deadlines without compromising quality.
