Thumbnail Designer

We are looking for a talented Thumbnail Designer who can craft visually striking thumbnails that make people click.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design high-conversion, attention-grabbing thumbnails for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Design engaging, visually appealing carousels for Instagram and other platforms to boost engagement, shares, and comments.
• Collaborate closely with our content team to ensure thumbnails align with video themes while maximizing click-through rates
• Incorporate elements of clickbait (without crossing ethical lines!) to ensure maximum visibility and engagement
• Ensure all thumbnails are consistent with brand guidelines and tone, while still standing out in a crowded space
• Stay up-to-date with current trends in thumbnail design, social media strategies, and user engagement tactics

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and detail.
• Proven experience designing thumbnails with a clickbait focus
• Ability to create catchy thumbnails and scroll-stopping designs.
• A portfolio showcasing creative and design skills.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 2
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Mon to Fri
