Job Description

We are looking for a creative Thumbnail Designer with 1–2 years of experience in designing eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement. The ideal candidate understands visual psychology, typography, and platform-specific design trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging thumbnails for YouTube and social media platforms
• Create high-CTR, visually appealing designs aligned with content themes
• Work closely with content and marketing teams
• Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity
• Optimize thumbnails for different platforms and formats
• Revise designs based on performance and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in thumbnail or graphic design
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Strong understanding of typography, colors, and composition
• Knowledge of YouTube and social media trends
• Ability to deliver quick turnarounds

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working with YouTube creators or media channels
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and CTR optimization
• Motion or animated thumbnail knowledge
