Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do

· High-CTR Thumbnails: Design 3–5 high-quality YouTube thumbnails per day using curiosity gaps, bold typography, emotional expressions, and contrast.

· Offer Creatives: Create viral promotional graphics for Instagram & WhatsApp (e.g., festival offers, flash sales, urgent CTAs) using 3D elements and vibrant gradients.

· Trend Research: Analyze trending design styles (e.g., MrBeast, Documentary, Bold Minimalism) and adapt them for Gujarati student audiences.

· Typography Excellence: Design modern and visually appealing Gujarati fonts (no old-school styling).

· AI Integration: Utilize AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Photoshop Generative Fill to enhance and speed up creative output.

Requirements (What You Need)

· Adobe Photoshop – Expert Level (Mandatory)

· Knowledge of Illustrator & Canva (for quick edits)

· Fluent in Gujarati (Reading/Writing)

· Strong understanding of CTR psychology and colour hierarchy (e.g., Yellow/Red stand out best on YouTube white background)

· Must provide a portfolio of YouTube thumbnails (applications without portfolio will not be considered)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
