THUMBNAIL WORK

As a Thumbnail Design Strategist, your main job will be to create strategic, highly creative thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement. We’re not looking for polished, professional designs commonly found online. Instead, we need thumbnails that break the mold and catch the eye. You’ll need to understand how different backgrounds—white, blue, black—affect click-through rates (CTR) and know how to use minimal elements effectively to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative thumbnail designs that stand out and attract clicks

• Understand and strategically use different background colors to optimize CTR

• Focus on minimalistic design, using fewer elements to create maximum impact

• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, challenging the status quo

• Collaborate with the team to ensure thumbnail designs align with overall content strategy
