THE JOB:

As a Ticket Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience through your friendly demeanor and expert knowledge of show information and ticketing systems. You will assist in maintaining event inventory, provide insightful answers to guest inquiries, and ensure that every interaction creates memorable experiences for our visitors. THE STARTING RATE:
$23 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Support the Manager in maintaining all shows or events inventory

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions; provide detailed information regarding the property amenities and local area, as well as resolve guest complaints within scope of authority

  • Maintain internal and external show information and outside property sales in the ticketing system; update information on all tours, shows and other event sales

  • Develop new and analyze existing procedures and special promotions that will improve guest patronage

  • Generate daily reports on all events for senior leadership, management and promoters

  • Manage the guest queue system assembling or disassembling queues and stanchions as needed

  • Supervise Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s), create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment and ensure departmental standards and goals are understood and met

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • HS Diploma/GED is required

  • 2+ years of ticket office experience or cash handling is required

  • 2+ years leading/supervising or managing employees is preferred
