Ticket Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ticket Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to promote and sell tickets and season passes at Beaver Mountain Ski Area. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in managing customer relationships through selling tickets through a POS software.

Responsibilities

• Answering inquiries: Provide information about company products, services, and policies.
• Sell tickets: Assist customers with purchasing tickets and season passes.
• Process transactions: Handle all financial transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and refunds, and manage cash drawers or register balancing.
• Collaborate with teams: Work with other departments, such as the Snowsports School, Rental and Retail.

Experience

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with a point-of-sale (POS) system and basic computer skills are necessary.
• Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information.
• Problem-solving: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and find appropriate solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
