Ticket Window / Cashier needed

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Ticket Window / Cashier to join our team! In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our venue, responsible for checking ID's, managing ticket sales, handling cash & credit card transactions, and providing exceptional guest services. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure visitors have a seamless experience from the moment they arrive. Duties

• Operate the ticket window efficiently, checking ID's, selling tickets and processing payments with accuracy and speed
• Manage cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and maintaining secure cash storage
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with ticketing needs
• Handle guest inquiries regarding event details, venue policies, and directions in a clear and courteous manner
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Experience in cash handling, including balancing registers accurately at shift end
• Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
