Ticketing Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to manage transactions with customers efficiently and accurately. The role involves handling cash, card, and digital payments, maintaining receipts, and ensuring smooth customer service at the billing counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service at the billing counter.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
• Scan goods, issue receipts, and manage refunds or exchanges.
• Ensure accurate billing and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
• Assist customers with queries regarding prices, offers, and product information.
• Follow company policies and security measures while handling cash.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or technical issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Graduate required.
• Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing software, and digital payments.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle long shifts.
• Honesty, reliability, and strong customer service orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
