<ul><li>Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents</li></ul><ul><li>Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections</li></ul><ul><li>Have experience in the Marketing field, Sales or advertising especially on Digital Marketing were advertising through social media's.</li></ul><ul><li>Have experience creating advertisements/artwork and editing in Adobe Photoshop</li></ul><ul><li>Have experience developing campaigns and promotions.</li></ul><ul><li>Have Experience in content development, website and graphic design to be used in advertising.</li></ul><ul><li>Process ticket changes and refunds</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints</li></ul><ul><li>Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone</li></ul><ul><li>Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel</li></ul><ul><li>Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: BD180.000 - BD250.000 per month</p>
