Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (insentive)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Ticketing & Sales Executive (Amadeus Expert) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS for airline ticketing and a proven ability to convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role requires strong ticketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a sales-oriented mindset to achieve booking and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight reservations using Amadeus GDS.
• Book, issue, reissue, refund, and cancel airline tickets accurately.
• Assist customers with flight options, fares, travel policies, and itinerary changes.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings by recommending suitable travel options.
• Achieve individual sales and booking targets through effective customer handling.
• Promote airline offers, travel packages, and additional travel-related services whenever applicable.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams regarding ticketing and travel-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, policies, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
• Stay updated on airline promotions, fare changes, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing and travel sales.
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, fare rules, refunds, reissues, and cancellations.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work the 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international travel bookings.
• Knowledge of multiple airlines and travel regulations.
• Strong sales closing and upselling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining service quality.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
