Tickets Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Tickets Sales Manager to lead our ticket sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. In this dynamic role, you will oversee entire Tix4 staff to ensure successful daily operation of Tix4 retail locations. Leads and directs the work of subordinate Management staff and Ticket Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs daily store and company operations, with an emphasis on training and motivating staff to achieve sales goals.
  • Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
  • Creates, implements and monitors company-wide programs to increase sales and improve customer service.
  • Acts as a liaison between administrative departments and retail in reviewing and improving processes.
  • Prioritizes exceeding customer needs, including addressing and resolving customer service issues quickly and effectively.
  • Immediately addresses staff who are underperforming and sets a course of action toward improvement. Recognizes staff who are excelling.
  • Assists with hiring and terminating employees by conducting interviews and providing necessary input towards termination decisions.
  • Takes immediate and appropriate measures to maintain stores to meet company standards.
  • Routinely reports and reacts to conditions or situations affecting sales, service and operations.
  • Identifies and coach employees who are promotable into Management positions.
  • Completes sales, operational and project-related reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Issues disciplinary action for staff who are underperforming or violating company policy/procedure and actively seeks to correct such behaviors.
  • Creates schedules for all store locations and approves paid and unpaid time off requests.
  • Enforces safety, health and security procedures for both staff and customers.
  • Works in conditions that vary and include exposure to outdoor/indoor elements including extreme temperatures (up to 116 degrees in the summer/down to 20 degrees in the winter) and exposure to a casino environment (smoke and noise).
  • Can stand for long periods of time, between 8- and 10-hour shifts.
  • Maintains flexibility in scheduling/availability and sets the example in meeting company attendance standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong skills with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook (or a similar time management tool.)
  • Exemplary commitment to company standards and values.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
