Job Summary
Cyber Husky is hiring a Tier 2 IT Support Technician to support business clients across a mix of remote and on-site work.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–7 years of experience who can troubleshoot issues independently, work directly with clients, and collaborate with a remote support team.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 IT support (remote and on-site)
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, user access)
- Support Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, and user management
- Set up and support workstations (Windows environments)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Wi-Fi, connectivity, switching)
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device setup
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Requirements
- 3–7 years of IT support experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 experience
- Solid understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers/switches)
- Experience supporting Windows environments
- Ability to work independently and manage tickets
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Must be located in SC or Charlotte, NC area
- Reliable transportation for on-site work
Nice to Have
- MSP experience
- Experience with RMM tools (NinjaOne or similar)
- Familiarity with Intune or endpoint management
- Interest in AI tools or automation
Position Details
- Full-time role
- Hybrid (remote + on-site)
- Occasional after-hours support
- Some travel between client sites may be required
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
