What you'll do: As a Tier 2 Technician, you will work in a collaborative, team-driven environment delivering high-quality IT services to our clients.
- Handle advanced troubleshooting, support, and system implementations
- Travel to client sites to install, maintain, and support IT systems
- Assess client environments and identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Provide clear recommendations to improve system performance and reliability
- Own escalations and drive issues through to resolution
- Mentor and support Tier 1 technicians
- Communicate status clearly and escalate risks or concerns in real time
- Document work performed and align with company processes
- Support client adoption of solutions through training and guidance
- Participate in on-call rotation and team collaboration
What you need:
- Prior experience in an MSP environment
- Local applicants ONLY - Must be able to commute to our offices in Springfield, Delaware County, PA.
- 3–5 years of hands-on IT support or systems experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Required Technical Skills:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Azure or cloud-based infrastructure
- Active Directory and identity management
- Email configuration and migrations
- Networking (including VLANs and core networking concepts)
- Firewalls and security solutions
- Incident response and remediation
- VPNs and remote access solutions
- Experience with VoIP systems, security cameras, and access control is a plus.

- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong time management and prioritization skills

- Ability to guide and support junior team members
Additional Requirements:
- You MUST be able to pass a government Criminal Background Check
- Must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license
- Schedule flexibility to participate in On-Call rotation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Compensation
In addition to the hourly rate, 10-15% additional earning potential through on-call shifts and performance incentives.
