Job Description

MRAYCO Stainless Steel Industries is a UAE-based manufacturer of commercial kitchen and food processing equipment.
We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder experienced in stainless steel fabrication to support our workshop production and ensure high-quality finishing suitable for professional kitchen equipment.

This is a practical, workshop-focused role working directly on real manufactured products with the fabrication and production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel sheets, pipes, and fabricated assemblies
• Ensure clean, smooth, food-grade weld finishing suitable for kitchen equipment
• Read and follow technical drawings and fabrication measurements
• Assist in fitting, grinding, polishing, and final assembly when required
• Maintain quality standards, safety, and workshop discipline
• Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel
• Ability to produce clean hygienic welds suitable for food equipment
• Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and fabrication processes
• Strong attention to quality and finishing details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing
• Ability to perform basic grinding, polishing, and fitting work
