TIG Welder – 2nd Shift

Company Overview

Precise Metal Products is a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in precision metal forming and welding. We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder with aerospace manufacturing experience to join our 2nd shift team.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding per MOT and/or B/P specifications.
• Verify raw materials and inspect parts for damage prior to welding.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and compliance.
• Use correct weld rods per color code.
• Tag and report rejectable items to Inspection.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of TIG/fusion welding experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Ability to read weld symbols and use measuring equipment.
• Pass welding qualification test on .030 material thickness.
• Lift at least 25 lbs.; vision: near 20/20, distance 20/30, able to distinguish colors.
• Proficient in English communication.
