Tig Welder/Fabricator - Stainless Steel

$25–$35/hr DOE + Occasional Overtime
Bainbridge Island, WA | Full-Time | In-Person – No Seattle commute

AGS Stainless is hiring an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator for full-time shop work fabricating stainless steel railing systems. This position is ideal for a stainless TIG welder who values a clean work environment, and consistent, year-round work.

We specialize exclusively in light-wall stainless steel welding and fabrication for high-end architectural railing systems. All work is performed in our Bainbridge Island shop — no field welding.

What you’ll do:

• TIG welding stainless steel components
• Fabrication of light-wall stainless steel railing systems
• Working from shop drawings
• Working collaboratively in a team-based shop environment

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years TIG welding experience (stainless steel preferred)
• Pride in workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual
