Duties
- Develop, execute, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns targeting Arabic-speaking audiences to maximize reach and engagement.

- Conduct thorough research on trending topics, hashtags, and cultural nuances to inform campaign strategies.
- Utilize social media marketing tools and platforms such as TikTok Ads Manager to monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and copywriters to produce engaging multimedia content aligned with brand goals.
- Implement multichannel marketing strategies by integrating TikTok campaigns with other social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads for broader reach.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, TikTok analytics tools, and other performance marketing metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining high-impact results through performance marketing techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO practices, e-commerce developments, and advertising sales strategies relevant to social media platforms.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights gained, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Skills
- Fluent in Arabic & English with excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for social media audiences.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok platform features, advertising tools, and best practices for content creation.
- Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, B2B marketing, and digital marketing strategies to enhance campaign visibility.
- Experience with social media marketing across multiple channels including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for editing videos and creating eye-catching visuals.
- Familiarity with WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools for data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of print advertising concepts is a plus but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability in research, copywriting, product management, budgeting, sales techniques, and performance optimization within digital environments.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
