Position: TikTok Brand Manager

Job Role:

•Take complete ownership of GMV, shop health, converting creators, retained creators, and content posted for your assigned shops.

•Conduct in-depth weekly program analytics and insights.

•Update and manage the daily CRM, tracking every stage after content is posted, including creator conversions, GMV, and pacing to target.

•Share compelling weekly reports, insightful analysis, and top-performing content directly with your clients.

•Build and launch effective outreach sequences for new creators.

•Develop and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with top-tier creators.

•Source and manage retained creators through platforms like Insense and JoinBrands.

•Build and launch impactful CRM sequences to enhance creator engagement

•Oversee Coordinators, ensuring they approve the right samples and that their daily CRM completion is flawless.

•Lead the optimization of the TikTok Shop front end, ensuring stellar shop scores across all metrics

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of Experience is Required.
  • Extensive experience scaling brands on TikTok Shop.
  • A background in digital marketing or agency experience.
  • Timings: 5:00PM-2:00AM (Monday till Friday) (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote)

Location: Gulistan e Johor Block 12, Karachi.
