TikTok Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative TikTok Coordinator to lead our brand’s presence on one of the fastest-growing social media platforms. In this role, you will craft engaging video content, develop strategic campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to elevate our brand visibility and audience engagement. Your passion for digital marketing, creativity, and social media trends will drive our TikTok initiatives forward, helping us connect authentically with our target audience and boost our online influence.

Duties

  • Develop and execute creative TikTok content strategies aligned with brand goals, ensuring consistent voice and style across all videos.
  • Produce high-quality video content including filming, editing, and post-production using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok account, including scheduling posts via Buffer or Hootsuite for optimal engagement timing.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor trending topics, hashtags, and audience feedback to inform content creation and community interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, PR, and graphic design to ensure cohesive branding across all digital channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and TikTok analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a focus on TikTok or short-form video content creation.
  • Strong skills in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics to optimize content reach.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for trend tracking and audience insights.
  • Ability to craft compelling visual content that aligns with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Experience in public relations or relationship management to foster positive online interactions.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Understanding of social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook Advertising for integrated campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
