Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Livestream Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the livestream host, engaging with our audience, and contributing to the overall success of our livestream events.

Responsibilities:

Engage with Viewers:Actively interact with viewers through live chat, answering questions, and creating a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Assist Livestream Host:Collaborate closely with the livestream host to ensure smooth communication and coordination during the livestream.
Assist in showcasing and presenting crystal products effectively.

Product Knowledge:Acquire in-depth knowledge of our crystal products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Promotions and Sales:Actively promote featured products and special promotions to drive sales during livestreams.
Encourage customer participation and purchases through engaging and persuasive communication.

Technical Assistance:Be familiar with the livestream platform and assist with any technical issues that may arise during broadcasts.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and extroverted personality with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in livestreaming, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of crystals or willingness to learn about crystal products.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Availability to work 4-6 days a week, with a 5-hour shift per day.
