TikTok GO is a creator-driven commerce and distribution program connecting travel content with real-world bookings. Through short-form video, creators promote hotels, attractions, and travel experiences that users can directly purchase. The program bridges content, conversion, and destination marketing, enabling travel partners to reach new audiences through creator-led storytelling.

Our TikTok GO creator program operates nationwide, working with creators, regional partners, travel destinations, and tourism organizations to scale commercial impact and long-term partnerships.

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our TikTok GO travel ecosystem. This role is responsible for business development across DMO, hotels, Things To Do providers, regional partners, and tourism organizations.

The position focuses on expanding both performance-driven results and deeper strategic cooperation with destinations, including long-term programs, funded campaigns, and scalable partnership models.

Key Responsibilities

1. Destination and Travel Industry Partnerships

Lead partnerships with hotels, travel destinations, museums, parks, and Things To Do providers. Develop cooperation models ranging from creator campaigns to long-term influencer programs. Identify opportunities to integrate creator content into destination marketing strategies and commercial initiatives.

2. Events, Publicity, and Outreach

Plan and coordinate online and offline events, creator activations, destination campaigns, and publicity initiatives. Support tourism events, familiarization trips, trade shows, and creator-related promotional activities in collaboration with partners.

3. Government and Tourism Organization Relations

Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal tourism organizations, including entities such as Local and State Tourism Offices. Explore co-marketing initiatives, public campaigns, and destination-wide creator collaborations.

4. Regional Partner and Creator Coordination

Coordinate with internal creator managers and sub-agency partners to manage creator programs across the United States. Ensure smooth execution of creator visits and on-site content production, including scheduling, partner alignment, and performance data reporting.

5. Creator Portfolio and Marketing Opportunities

Support deeper cooperation discussions with strategic partners, explore new monetization models, and identify additional value creation opportunities beyond standard booking-driven campaigns. Package TikTok GO creator capabilities into compelling materials for partner pitches, including relevant content verticals, audience reach, and performance case studies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, destination marketing organization, or related industries.
  • Background in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles.
  • Understanding of social media, creator ecosystems, or influencer marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage external partnerships and multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Compensation

This role offers a base salary plus commission tied to business development outcomes, including partnership value and strategic cooperation results. Compensation structure will be discussed based on experience and scope of responsibility.

Pay: $4,800.00 - $7,200.00 per month
