TikTok Growth & Shop Specialist (Content + Affiliate + Ads)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing beauty brand looking for a TikTok specialist who can drive real revenue — not just views. You will be responsible for content strategy, TikTok Shop growth, affiliate partnerships, and scaling winning products.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Growth

• Plan and execute daily TikTok content (organic + trends)
• Identify and scale viral content formats
• Analyze performance and double down on what converts

TikTok Shop & Affiliates

• Manage TikTok Shop listings and optimization
• Recruit and manage TikTok affiliates/creators
• Seed products to creators and track ROI
• Build a repeatable affiliate system

Requirements

• Proven experience growing TikTok accounts OR TikTok Shop revenue
• Strong understanding of what makes content convert (not just go viral)
• Experience working with creators / UGC
• Data-driven mindset (you understand metrics, not just aesthetics)

Preferred

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or D2C brands
• Experience scaling TikTok Shop to $10K+/month
• Experience running TikTok ads

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
